Terms of Use

These terms apply to the DreamBig app for iOS and Android and to the DreamBig Parenting website. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you are a parent installing the app for your child, you accept these terms on the child's behalf and you are responsible for how the app is used on that device.

What DreamBig is

DreamBig is a visual savings tracker. It helps a child picture a goal and record the money they put aside for it. The app does not hold, move or invest money, is not a bank account or a payment service, and the amounts shown are whatever you type in. Keep the real savings wherever you keep them.

Your content

Photos and text you add to a dream stay on your device and remain yours. Only add photos you have the right to use. We never see, review or store them.

Premium

Some features require DreamBig Premium, available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Purchases are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.

• Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. A trial is available once per store account.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Lifetime. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks Premium on the store account it was bought with for as long as the app is available.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue them ourselves.
• Restore. Use “Restore purchases” in the app to re-activate Premium on a new device signed in with the same store account.

When a subscription ends, nothing you created is deleted. You keep your dreams and history; only Premium-only features become unavailable again.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app, and do not use it in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the App Store or Google Play.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features of the app. We may also change these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes to Premium will be announced in the app or by the stores.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”. It is a motivational tool, not financial advice. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you in your country.
